                              ORDINANCE NO.   9841 
                  
                  
                   AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THIRTY
                   THOUSAND AND N0/100 DOLLARS ($30,000.00) TO
                   THE A.I.M. CENTER, A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION,
                   FROM THE CONTINGENCY FUND.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  The sum of $30,000.00 be appropriated to the
       A.I.M. Center which sum shall be payable from the Contingency 
Fund
       of the City of Chattanooga.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect two (2)
       weeks from and after its passage as required by law.
